Who we are

Skylight Windows, Doors, Roofing is a trade name of Skylight Construction LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. On this page the words “we”, “our”, and “us” mean Skylight Construction LLC.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, ask us for an estimate, or receive messages from us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website and please do not send us a request.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and post the new version here.

What we do

We sell and install windows, doors, and roofing for homeowners in Middle Tennessee. We are licensed and insured in the state of Tennessee.

Estimates

Our in-home estimates are free, and you are under no obligation to buy anything after we give you one.

An estimate is not a contract. Prices in an estimate are good for the period stated on the estimate itself. A price can change if the work you ask for changes, or if we find a condition at your property that we could not see when we measured. If that happens, we will tell you before we do the work.

Any price shown in our advertising is a starting price. The final price for your project depends on the size of the job, the products you choose, and the condition of your property.

Text messages

This section explains our text message program. Please read it before you give us your phone number.

How you sign up

You sign up when you enter your phone number on a form on this website and submit it. The form tells you that you are agreeing to receive text messages from us. We do not buy phone numbers, and we do not add anyone to our text messages without that person entering their own number.

Agreeing is optional

You do not have to agree to text messages in order to buy from us. If you would rather we call or email you instead, tell us and we will.

What we send

We send text messages about the estimate you asked for. These include a reply confirming that we received your request, a message confirming the date and time of your appointment, reminders before your appointment, and follow-up messages about an estimate we have already given you.

How often we send

The number of messages varies. For most customers it is between two and five messages for each estimate.

What it costs

We do not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and for data, depending on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and after that we will not text you again. You can also call us at (615) 582-8038 and ask us to stop.

Delivery is not guaranteed

We cannot promise that every message will arrive. Mobile carriers control delivery, and messages are sometimes delayed or dropped.

Your phone number

We use your phone number only to contact you about your own project. We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers. We do not share mobile phone numbers with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. We do not share the record of your agreement to receive text messages with anyone.

Email

If you give us your email address, we will use it to send you information about your estimate and your project. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you email and will contact you another way if we still need to reach you about your project.

Using this website

The text, photographs, and logos on this website belong to us. Please do not copy them or use them somewhere else without asking us first.

We keep this website as accurate as we can. We cannot promise that every page is free of errors or that the website is available at all times.

Limits on our responsibility

We are responsible for the work we perform for you under the contract you sign with us. That contract, and the warranty that comes with it, set out what we owe you for the work itself.

We are not responsible for indirect losses that follow from your use of this website, such as lost income or lost time. Nothing in these terms removes a right that Tennessee law gives you and does not allow us to remove.

Which law applies

Tennessee law governs these terms. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts in Williamson County, Tennessee.
